Have you ever felt physically stuck on stage or struggling to break out of old patterns? Then you’ve come to the right place! In this workshop, we will teach you how to use elements from movement practitioner Rudolph Laban as well as Leqoc to elevate your scenes. Amalie is an actor, improviser and theatre maker from Norway. She has a BA in Acting and Artistic Production from Nord University, with a focus on the teaching of Jacques Lecoq. She has worked across theatre, film and voice acting, and has a background in improvisational theatre spanning more than ten years. Eva is a BA graduate from the Guildford School of Acting in England. She has worked as an actress on stage as well as film, and has years of experience in teaching and directing both acting and improv. This workshop is suitable for beginners as well as experienced improvisers.
