How do you support a friend who is going through a crisis? What do you say to someone who is at risk of suicide? Are you between 16-35 and motivated to learn how to support people around you when they are experiencing psychological distress? Join us and learn how to give Psychological First Aid on October 22! In the workshop you will learn about Psychological First Aid and practice how to give it to anyone in crisis – in your circle of friends, at school, university, or work. We start on October 21 with an ice-breaker dinner and the 4-hour training runs from 12:00-16:00 on October 22.
