We invite young and old alike to a colourful and breezy day by the sea, at the very tip of Tangen. Bring your own kite – or buy one from us – and enjoy flying it in beautiful surroundings. Professional kite flyers from across Europe will be joining us with spectacular display kites, filling the sky with colour. There will be face painting, certificates for all children, and food and drinks for sale. The event is completely free and no registration is required. Kites can be purchased at the festival site – payment via VIPPS. The Kite Festival is a meeting place for everyone – a celebration of diversity, community and inclusion. People from different cultures and backgrounds come together to share experiences, joy and creativity in the wind! Welcome – and aim high!
